Using therapy balls, you can give yourself a massage whenever you’d like one, and counteract the effects of long days on your feet or at the computer.
You control the pressure to generate a deep tissue or gentle massage; you control the pace and your arms will never get tired. In a relaxed environment, Christine Saiyan will guide you through ball rolling techniques that will help you become more aware of your bodily tension and resolve that tension by working connective tissue and muscles.
Working from the feet to the neck, Christine will help you address old injuries, scar tissue and general stiffness. This hands-off method also increases circulation, making you feel refreshed and rejuvenated overall. Ball rolling is a perfect complement to your yoga practice.

Christine instructs a unique blend of Yoga Tune Up® classes. Her personal approach is to guide each student with patience and nurture the energy along a series of unique postures. Through her calming presence and focus on relaxation, students will experience a complete rejuvenation of body and mind, an improvement in strength, flexibility and an overall balance.
Yoga Tune Up® will guide you into your issues, tissues, and body "blind spots," helping you to strengthen, heal and thrive.
